Question: Does smoking cause gum problems!?
Ive been smoking (weed) for a really long time now but iv been doing it about 6 times a day now since mid september!. Ive found that lately every time i blaze my gums become really tender and if i eat anything spicy it hurts them a alot!. Also, they feel like they get cut and more canker sourse more easily!. Is this because smoking or am i lacking something in my diet!?

Smoking ANYTHING is VERY bad for your oral health!. Smoking will/can lead to gum loss which means tooth loss, as well as oral cancer!.
