To keep a long lasting fresh breath -
brush your tongue, rinse your mouth well, avoid noxious strong odor foods, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid smoking, and bring your portable pocket toothbrush kit with you so you can do your oral hygeine just in case you need one!.

Oral mouthwashes are good but are not that necessary!.
