Why do I always clench my jaw?!
Question: Why do I always clench my jaw!?
I was wondering why I always clench my jaw!? I cant help it, I try not to but it is so tensed up and very stiff!.
It is very very sore and is starting to hurt my ears and I always have massive headache's now!.
People tell me to just stop but I can't, it is latterly impossible!.
This started a few months ago when I was really stressed for awhile, my husband and I were having a lot of problems!.
But now we are fine so I don't understand it!.
Does anyone know why my jaw is doing this and is there a way to stop!?
Also what can I do to loosen it up and stop the pain!?

I used to clench my jaw when I slept!.
It really hurts, so my mom called the orthodontist and he told me to get a special mouth guard!. I wear it a half an hour before i went to bed, and when i slept!. You don't need to heat it up before you wear it!. You can buy them at like a walgreens!. That should help!. If it doesn't help, try talking to your ortho or dentist!Www@Answer-Health@Com
