Question: Advice on braces pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :)!?
hello
okay so im gonna have to get braces cause i have a really bad overbit, my top teeth almost cover my bottom teeth so yeah i need braces so im a freshmen in highschool and idk cause i really don't wanna look like a dork cuz my top teeth are really straigh its just i have an overbite!. so im gonna have to get braces but idk if i should get ceramic or regular cuz if something i mite just get ceramic on top and regular on bottom but idk!. like i can't imagine having braces like it just can't possibly fit me and through my high school years like ahhhhhhhhhhh! but ohh well so yeah cuz i kinda want ceramic cuz there r less visible but they stain a lot and i thnk they are more fragile and take longer for your teeth to get better but idk my other option is just to get all metal cuz then i could put reallly funky neon colours on so people would just notice the funkiness and not that i have a metal mouth so yeahh
i just want some advice please
i really don't want braces if i got them when i was youger it would've been better but i don't want them for my high school yearss ! ahhh

I am the same age as you, and im a freshmen also!. i have had braces for 2 years now and my friends think nothing of it when i smile, everyone gets so use to it that you forget sometimes that they are really there!.!. i would say go all metal!.!.!.like me!.!.neon colors are my favorite!.!.!.neon pink, orang, green, and black!.!.are my favorites and my friends don't even notice the metal only the colors :) which is good cause no one calls me metal mouth and stuff!. and if you need so color options that look good together just ask me ;) 24 different colors i have had together so far lol!.

Ok, I get where you're coming from, i'm 14, and am gonna get braces in a few days!. I chose metal braces!. And i'm very excited! I was gonna get ceramic, but, they STAIN really easy!. And invisalign, while it may sound great, hurts horrible!!!!!!!! So just go with metal, it's the quickest way, and you can pick colors! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can ask ur dentist if you can get ur braces on the back of your teeth, that really is an option!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
