Teeth and general anesthetic?!
Question: Teeth and general anesthetic!?
I have to have two baby teeth pulled out, im 15, the adult teeth are being cut out my gums! i will put to sleep and then I am having a metal plate put in for a week untill i get my braces!.
Has anyone else had it done and does it hurt!!

The baby teeth are nothing to worry about and you will not experience any real pain especially since you will be put under!. As for the adult teeth, you will not feel anything when they take them out, but after you will likely experience some pain and your jaw may ache from being propped open!. However, the best thing you can do for yourself is relax!. Stress will likely amplify your symptoms!. The Dr will very likely give you medication to manage any pain!. From personal experience, I would suggest taking the pills for a few days as often as the prescription says!. The worst thing you could do is wait for it to start hurting before you take the meds because then it is more difficult to get the pain to go away!. However, be sure to follow the directions on the prescription! Do not take more than the Dr said was safe!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
