do you have braces becasue that caused mine also my friend gets them alot and she doesnt have any mouth implements her doctor said it was normal!. they could be casued by eatind acerbic foods and salt water rinse will make the hurt go away for a period of time but aftwer you eat use a rinse

You may probably intake Vit B complex and C which helps you to recover!. Apply some Bonjela gel on the ulcer region 4 times day!. Hope it would improve!. But you better eat more vegetables and drink more water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
