Use warm compress!.
Try Soaking a towel in warm water then damp it on the area for 20 mins then off for 20mins, do this until it goes off!. but in most cases the swelling is up to more than 7days depending on your immune system (it is especially longer in women for unexplained reasons)!.
Continue with your antiboitics and have soft, cold and warm diet to lessen the trauma to the surgical site!.
