Question: Question about a really weird throat problem!?
Sorry in advance if this is lengthy!. A few times I've felt a scratching sensation in the back of my throat!. I looked in the mirror and on my tonsil [always on my left] there was this white spot!. It's not just on my tonsil though, it's IN it!. I got so annoyed with this feeling, I decided to try and fix it!. When I pushed on my tonsil, beside the spot, it popped out!. It was a cream, round chunk, pretty small in size!. The strangest thing is that it smells absolutely terrible!. Probably one of the worst smells I ever encountered!.
The first time I did this, as soon as it came out, another spot appeared in the same place immediately!. I removed it too!. After I remove it, a few weeks will pass and I'll feel that same sensation, and remove it again!. At work the other day, the scratching feeling was so intense, I ran to the bathroom to look!. This time, the 'spot' was really large!. It's really gross, to be honest!. I've never had problem with my throat aside from strep!. I'm twenty and very healthy!.
Anyone have any ideas about this, it's not so much concern as it is curiosity really!. I'd appreciate any input!. Thank you so much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds like something called a tonsillar crypt or tonsilith!. All it is is a bit of impacted food that gets stuck back there, and white blood cells aggregate around it!. You probably have a naturally prominent tonsil back there!. Sometimes this can happen when you eat certain foods like nuts or popcorn!. These are completely harmless, and generally nothing to worry about unless they interfere with your normal functioning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Go to an MD, They will check your tonsils and provide the appropriate treatment, Tonsils are out of the realm of a dentist!. In most states a dentist looks at the tonsils as part of a screening and if anything is notice the protocol is to refer them to an MD for further evaluation!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Tonsil Stones I have them too I don't know how to get rid of them I looked this !? up the other day google tonsil stones and see what you come up with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
