Malevolent and peculiar toothache?!

Question: Malevolent and peculiar toothache!?
My toothache is absolutely malevolent!. I lost a filling a while ago!. It runs on a constant STRICT time schedule of hurting in the morning then around 3:30 - 4:00PM it feels like something is almost escape out of the hole in my tooth, at night is terrfying because the pain spreads from the left side my bottom jaw, where it first begins, to my top jaw then to my temple and finally it spreads to the back of my skull!. It is almost impossible for me to get any sleep and I am jaded from this toothache! Another odd thing is that when I am up and moving around, the pain is gone but then when I am relaxing it is there to great me with a "How the heck are ya!!?" and bashes the side of my face with a shovel metaphorically speaking!. Any advice!? I am asking this because I am terrified of the dentist!. THANK YOU!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The nerve in your tooth is dying!. See, when your filling came out, that made bacteria more accessible to the tooth!. As you eat, food debris gets caught in there and caused the bacteria to eat always at what was left in your enamel!. Eventually the decay got into the nerve chamber and the nerve is now dying!. The only way to stop this horrible pain is to get a root canal or get the tooth out!. If you were to get another filling at this point, it would only cause more pain!. That would be like putting a lid on a pot of boiling water!. If you go to any dentist you will be referred to an endodontist - root canal specialist - (hopefully!. Some dentists themselves perform the root canal, but this is not the best idea You need to go to a specialist who does this kind of thing all day every day for a fast and easy result)!. If you can locate an endodontist in the yellow pages that doesn't require a referral from a general dentist than you should contact him or her and tell them the situation (it will save a step and some cash)!. Otherwise I hate to tell you that you will be miserable until the tooth is out or root canaled!. Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just go to the dentist, it'll only get worse!. If you are broke with no insurance like me, then look into your local health clinics and the local health department!. You should be able to find someone who will help you out!. The pain will not stop on its own and will not go away no matter what pain medication you use, it'll just keep coming back and bothering you!. Get it refilled before it gets so bad that they have to pull it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The dentist will make the pain stop! Go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
