I don't know how hard you are brushing your teeth, but I do know that bleeding gums is a signs of plaque!. You know how a cut will get red and puffy!? Blood travels to the area to fend off infection/heal!. The same thing is happening with your gums!. They may be red, puffy, tend to bleed easy following brushing for similar reasons!. I'm not a dentist or hygenist, but regular cleanings at your dentist (every six months), and consistent brushing AND flossing will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
