I'd say the salt water!. I went to the dentist this past weekend and was told mine were infected too but my dentist gave me Chlorhexidine (might be spelled wrong), which she said would help it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I would say salt water for the a while and then when it get's better swith to listerine!. God, salt water is just the answer to everything isn't it! But really, I was in the same boat, years ago and the salt water worked best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
