Did you have xrays taken after the removal of the four third molars!? It's either there are parts of roots retained or the surgical site wasn't cleansed or irrigated thoroughly that some bony plates or alveolar bones were left on the area!.

Consult your dentist if it's bothering you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Be assured you are not growing a new tooth!. Most likely it is a root tip that fractured at the time of extraction!. It is not uncommon for these to spontaneously exfoliate and come out by themselves but sometimes need to be removed!. It is usually a small piece of tooth but very sharp!. Often there can be either inflammation or infection around the fragment!. This should be X-rayed by the dentist who removed the teeth and evaluated!. They are usually a simple procedure to remove the fragment and healing progresses quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sometimes an oral surgeon has to fracture the wisdom tooth in order to extract it, and fragments of tooth are left behind which eventually work their way out to the gum and come out!.Call your dentist /oral surgeon and ask if this is the case concerning your procedure, and ask what you should do about it!. Explain the pain etc!.,!.He will advise you on what to do in your particular case!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

matbe a piece of it broke off in there!.they usually work their way out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
