they aren't that bad, when you first get them they kill for a day or 2 then your fine!. when they get tightened they hurt for a day!. for the first 3 months the inside of your lips may get irritated but you'll be fine!.!.

When you first get them on they feel really tight, then a few hours later your teeth will feel sore, and for the next few days they will still be sore!. Then after that they are finee!. Except for when you go to regular appointments to get them tightened each time, they will be sore for a couple days after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
when you first get them, yes braces hurt ALOT!. but after two or three days, your back to normal and you forget that you have them on! they only hurt when you first get them on or when you get them tightened every other month!. good luck :]Www@Answer-Health@Com

A little discomfort depending on how well you process discomfort and pain!. my braces is now 10 months old!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My 10 year old has them!. A little discomfort from time to time but nothing that a advil wont take care of!. Good Luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
