make sure you brush your teeth like 18 times a day, maybe not that much but i was terrified of decalcification!. and i was just paranoid!.
but you can get some whitening toothpaste and mouth wash and keep your braces clean and you will be fine!

keep your braces really really clean while they are on!. You will be able to smile just fine!.!.!.hopefully more than ever before!. When the braces come off you can use crest white strips or have them professional whitened if you need to!. Discoloration and decalcification happens when your not keeping your braces clean!.
