Question: How bad is it going to be!!?
When i went to the dentist the other day , everything was normal untill my dentist looked at my xrays and said that i have 3 cavitys! Im 18 and never had a cavity before!. He thinks its from not flossing enough-which is true i dont very often, because the cavitys are located near those parts!. Im so nervous to get them filled! What does it feel like, what happens,and how bad does it hurt!? I'd really like to know since my appointments coming up in a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have had cavities filled!.!.!.starting when I was around seven!. I hate the dentist more than anything and I have the worst gag reflex ever, but they did not bother me at all while they were working on it!. They give you a numbing shot in your gums which kindof tingles but it does not hurt, it just feels uncomfortable for about 5 seconds!. And it relaxes you very much along with the laughing gas!.
Whenever I get cavities filled I just close my eyes and I also bring my iPod along so I do not hear the drilling or other crazy noises!. It helps a lot!. Oh, and breathe through your nose!. It helps not to dry out your mouth and all!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It really isn't as bad as you think! The shot is probably the only uncomfortable part, and really it lasts a few seconds!. Just a poke in your gums!. I also suggest wearing an ipod or something to drown out the noise because sometimes the worst part for me was hearing the drill!.

aw it wont hurt only the shots to numb ya up but they only hurt for a sec no worries it will be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
