How long do you use a tooth brush?!

Question: How long do you use a tooth brush!?
how long do you use a tooth brush before throwing it!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Uhm I've always heard you should change it every 3 months but I'm obsessive so I change mine every month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

change your toothbrush every 3 months!. the reasoning to that is because
1) the bristles will start to wear down, and could start to irritate your gums
2) bacteria will start to build up!.
3) since the bristles will be wearing down, their performance will lack and you will not be properly cleaning your teeth right!.

and if you get sick!.!.!.throw away your tooth brush!. that will just cause you to put the infectious bacteria right back in your mouth!.

It depends on how often you use the tooth brush!. Someone brushing three times a day would need to replace their tooth brush more often than someone using it once or twice a day!. So you really should look at the tooth brush and when the bristles start to look worn it should be replaced!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

my dentist told me 6 months when i asked him because the bristles are worn also you are just putting bacteria back in too you mouth when you use the same one for years i!.e my dad lol Www@Answer-Health@Com
