Question: How long can I keep my retainer out!?
I just got my braces off today and I got a retainer on my top teeth!. How long can I keep the thing out of my mouth without my teeth moving!? I asked the orthodontist how long I could keep hit out, and he just said "I don't know!."!. I said "Could I have it out for an hour!?" and he said "An hour would probably be fine!. Just don't overdo it!."!.
First he said that I can only take it out for a little while to eat, then he said an hour would be fine!. I couldn't get a straight answer!. What can I REALLY do!? I hate this thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
