Question: I need help with this denture thing please!!?
I just got dentures last week!. Since then I've had appointments and the dentist has taken them out and cleaned them for me!. I had my stitches out so now i'm kinda on my own to clean them!. My problem is that it grosses me out to the point where I'm scared to take them out, Any advise that might make me feel better about this!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fortunately the mouth heals pretty fast and this will not last long!. If you don't take them out to clean them however then bacteria will multiply under the denture and make things worse!. Then you really will be grossed out when you take them out!. Leave them out at least eight hours a day and clean them after meals!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
