How do I remove half a tooth; it broke?!

Question: How do I remove half a tooth; it broke!?
Well, I had a very bad painful damaged tooth that I got drunk and tried to remove myself!. The only problem was that the tooth was so damaged through the inside that it broke about level with my gums and still has decay on the inside!. I want to get the rest of it out but don't have anything left to grab onto!. Is there another way to get rid of it or anything I can use to kill the nerve to help release it!? Thanks!. !. !. and please don't say "go to a dentist" that is obvious that I'll have to do but want to know solution for tonight!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Leave it there for tonight!. Pulling, tugging and messing with it will only cause it to hurt more and might cause an infection!. go to the drugstore's dental aisle and find a product that's used for temporary replacement of fillings!. Use that to cover up the exposed parts of the tooth and get to a dentist first thing in the morning!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This one wouldn't be particularly easy for a dentist, either (not impossible though) !. You don't have anything that would remove the rest of the tooth, so I'll focus on getting it out of pain!. OK, so you didn't give a time frame and I assume it's hurting!. If it is sensitive to hot and/or cold, then cover the stump with some chewed up sugarless gum to insulate it!.!.!. temporary fix!.
If it's just aching and aching, then the nerve of the tooth is proably already dead!. You need to try very vigorous warm saltwater rinses (strong salt water) That will begin to get the crap building up at the tip of the root inside the bone to start coming out!. Make sure there is nothing blocking the nerve canal!.
There's really not much you'll be able to do without a dentist's help!. Some hospitals have dentists associated with them!.
