I floss my teeth once a day, at bedtime!. I have a 4-step routine that takes 5-6 minutes!. First, a 1-minute whitening rinse!. Second, flossing which takes 1-2 minutes!. Third, brushing for 2 minutes!. Last, a 1-minute germ-killing mouthwash!. I am 36 years old with no cavities! Anyone can do it! In the morning, when I'm the most rushed, I just brush!. Seems like a lot of trouble, but it's only 5-6 minutes! Www@Answer-Health@Com
