Can u use flagyl for tooth infection?!

Question: Can u use flagyl for tooth infection!?
Answers:
It is not the best choice for an antibiotic for dental bacteria!.
It is more commonly used for anaerobic bacteria!.
Dentally, it is sometimes with penicillin for used for wisdom tooth gum infections, or on its own for acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis (ANUG)!.
Whatever the problem, antibiotic usage should always be only a supplement to proper dental treatment where there is swelling or a temperature!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually you can but only as a temporary measure - it may reduce the acute local infection whilst the antibiotics are being taken!. However once they are ceased the dental infection comes right back so it is only temporary at best!. If the tooth pulp is infected then you will require root canal therapy or an extraction to achieve permanent resolution of the infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

NO that antibiotic is used for another part of the body, you need to see a doctor about what you need for the infection that you have!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
