Question: COLD water or HOT water!!?!!?
ok my frends says u use warm water cuz it kills germs but i use cold!.
i say toothpaste kills the germs so you don't need da warm water!. and its warm not hot so it aint killin dat many germs and yo mouth is warm anyway cuz its inside ur body!.

Unless its boiling hot water, just warm water may actually breed more germs!. I'd say cold water, but its really just personal preference!. I'm assuming you're talking about brushing your teeth!.!.!.!? You can always soak your tooth brush in an alcohol based mouthwash like listerine once a week or even wet it and pop it in the microwave for 30 secs once a week!. Also don't forget to replace your toothbrush every three - four months or after you've been sick!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
toothpaste doesn't exactly kill bacteria and germs in your mouth, but using cold water doesn't hurt!.

I think warm water is actually better, but it doesn't make a whole lot of difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I switch, often I used cold one benefit of using HOT water not WARM is that is kills the germs or some of the bacteria on your toothbrush as well!. doesn't really matter just change your toothbrush every once in a while :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
