they can do it many different ways, but the way I know is they put a bubble-gum (or another flavor) paste, which is bleach, on your teeth, then they put, well, idk what its called so I'll call it a separator, to separate your lips from touching the paste and each other, then they stick a really bright light in front of it, so they can beach, then you sit there for like, an hour or so, and sometimes you watch TV, but it depends on the dentist!. then they take the separator off and wipe off any excess bleach, and your done!Www@Answer-Health@Com
A peroxide gel is applied to the teeth which bleaches out the staining!. The gel is very strong, so the gums have to be protected from it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
