Answers:
I used to be a dental nurse!. Only use mouthwash occasionally!!! products like Listerine are actually bad for your teeth! it has a high content of alcohol and can corrode teeth!. if you want to try any mouth wash, try one like Neautraflor, it has a high content of fluoride, but do not use it regularly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Brush After breakfast and mouthwash is to be used after brushing because when you brush it knows the crap off your teeth but then it's all floating around in your mouth and on your gums the mouthwash gets ride of the germs that are floating around after u brushWww@Answer-Health@Com

this is the order!.!.!.

1!. brush teeth
2!. floss
3!. mouthwash

and i brush, floss, and use mouthwash first then i get hungry like 2 hours later and then i eat and then i rinse my mouth and floss again!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i use mouthwash after brushing, the action of the mouthwash stays unlike using it before brushing!. and i do think its better to brush your teeth after breakfast, why would you want your mouth to smell like your breakfast!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your really supposed 2 use mouthwash after u brush your teeth because when u brush your teeth u kill all of the germs on your teeth and when u use the mouthwash u kill what u left behind because toothbrushes don't clean everything!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
