Baking soda!! put a bit on your tooth brush and brush your teeth with it!. it really works! as soon as my braces are off im going to use it!! I have b4 and i saw results pretty quickly!!!!! Hope it works for you too! Make sure u brush ur teeth wif toofpaste b4 u brush em wif the bakin soda too!!!!!! fastest would be in clinic bleaching which can take about one hour!. dentist or dental technitian will paint some gel on your teeth and use curing light that activates the bleaching gel on teeth and make your teeth white!.

Ive done the white strips and honestly, they do get your teeth a little whiter!. But, its kind of like losing weight!. You lose 10 lbs and you think you need to lose 40 lbs, you lose 40 and your still not happy!. Ive used the strips on and off for 5 years or so and its gotten to the point where I dont know why I keep buying them!. I am going to go all out very soon and do something like bright smile!. Its worth a try to do the strips but it gets old!. Plus, for some reason the last strips i used made my teeth soo sensitive!
