okay!. i got my braces off 9:15 this morning!. and i got impressions for my clear retainer!.
it doesnt come until thurseday!.
do you think my teeth will shift within two days!? im really nervous, my teeth look really good and id absolutly kill myself if my gaps came back Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nooo, I used to have braces and sometimes I forget to wear my retainers for a week or so, and once I put my retainers back in my teeth are good as new in the morning :)
And if it makes you feel any better, I had to wait like a week for my retainers because they messed up on mine the first time!. Anddd if your teeth were going to shift back to show your gap, it would take a LONG time!. And why would the dentists make you wait if they knew they would shift back!? They wouldn't :)

No, it won't happen! =] It would take at least a month, maybe two, for your teeth to shift back again!. Anyways, I wish you best of luck w/ your retainer!. You're sooo lucky! I don't even have my braces off yet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
