Question: I have a red bump on the roof of my mouth and it really hurts when i swallow or talk!.!?
towards the end of today, i realized that there was a small red bump on the roof of my mouth!. it hurts like crazy whenever i talk or swallow!. help- what is it and how long until it stops hurting!? thanks so muchWww@Answer-Health@Com

first you should understand if there is any ulceration on this or not because sore and ulceration in oral mucosa is dangerous but it is not very common!

also some people have a bony bump on their palatal bone and it is physiologic!.some times it can suffered by hard foods!.
