im having an operation on some teeth to have them removed then im going to have my adult teeth cut out then have braces!.!.

Yes, its called directed eruption, its a safe and simple procedure wherein the surgeon opens up the gum and bone then expose the crown of the tooth intended to be erupted, then the orthodontist places the bracket with an eruption chain to the tooth the it is closed back in!. The eruption chain is connected to the anchorage units (usually the teeth adjacent to the tooth ro be erupted) hten the tooth is gradually moved outsidde and erupted as a normal tooth!.
I do this very much often in my practice, it is done in patients whose permanent tooth, usually the canine, is obstructed or impacted and it is needed to establish an acceptable arch form for the patient!.
Its a safe and conservative procedure which takes a few months depending on the age and reaction of the patient!.
