Answers:
Class action law suits will take a lot more than that!.

I see many people come in for advise on whether they have a case against a company!. If your in the US you can sue any one you want, but winning is a different story!. One it will be expensive and the big boys will try to get you legal bills high, and hope you drop it bc of finances!.

Second for a class action law suit you need a lot more people, people you dont know filing the same complaint!.

third you medical history needs to be released, if they can show you have a pattern of not seeing the dentist, or that you have a history of cavities, you will probably lose!.

Most lawsuits I have seen the person doing the suien has lost based on previous medical dental history!.

Fourth they will find fault with your dentist (that is shift the blame) and most like the dentist to protect himself will say well she has cavities which means her teeth are weak to begin with!.

fifth if you have ahistory of cavities, they will use the "i did not put the cavities in the persons mouth, the persons neglect did!.

Dont get me wrong, but when you decided to enter in to legal battles hoping for compensations it will be a long and expensive process, and no gurantee of winning!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If this happened to your sister, why would you use them!? Just a silly question!. If you knew it happened to someone else and still used it then it's negligent on your behalf, so no it wouldnt be a lawsuit, because they would say you knew about it potentially happening BEFORE you broke yours!. GRETA!.
are you familiar with the Latin phrase CAVEAT EMPTOR!?

It means, "let the buyer beware!." It was not the fault of the flosser but in those who used it INCORRECTLY!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No it sounds like you are just looking for a way to sue someone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
