Question: Why does the body produce dental plaque!?

well your body does not produce plaque well the plaque formation depends upon ur type of intake of food wheather its sticky food stuffs or wat and u should avoid eating the tit-bits at an regular intervals like in every half an hour or in every 15min or so!.in our dentistry mouth is called the house of bacteria(germs)!.yes plaque is produced by bacteria and not by body esp!.the cocci family!.so to maintain less plaque formation brush twice daily and in a proper motion and have good amount of water when u eat and rinse ur mouth properly!.this will help u keep ur teeth healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
