after extraction the pressure pack should be placed minimum for half an hour!. if it is still bleeding then the pressure pack again can be placed!. the big hole should be left like that because it will take time to heal!. for more information on tooth extractio you can visit tjhe following link

Have you any cotton wool, if so wet it, squeeze the water out and use that!. Place over the hole and bite down gently!. Remove after 10 minutes!. If still bleeding do it again with a fresh piece!.
Don't drink anything too hot or cold until tomorrow, and sleep with an extra pillow!.

If it's still bleeding yes, and the first day !? Get a package of 2x2's and use cold packs continuously until the significant bleeding has subsided!. Eat some cold liquids!. Hope you feel better soon!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do you have any tea bags!? If so, get one a little damp and bite on it for 30 minutes!. That should help stop the bleeding!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
