if you had composite fillings (white ones), you don't have to wait!. you can eat, floss right after treatment!. they get hardened by that blue light dentist used!. if your fillings are amalgam(silver color ones), it takes one hour for 90% of it to be set hard!. it takes 12 hrs to set completely!. so I advice you to wait about couple of hrs to eat!. but wait full 12 hrs before floss!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
