Drinking tea may damage teeth by eroding enamel!. Researchers analysed the erosive potential of a variety of teas by measuring their pH levels, which shows whether a substance is acid or alkaline!. Acidic substances are known to damage teeth!. The ability of the herbal teas to erode enamel was also measured!. Enamel is the hard, white, outer layer of the tooth!.The study found that while some of the teas had high pH levels, indicating that they are alkaline and do not damage teeth, many (in fact most) of the teas tested had low pH levels, which means that they are acidic and can damage teeth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no tea isn't bad for your teeth
you can have them whitened at the dentist
smoking makes teeth yellow, other factors could be genetics, you know not everyone was born with white teeth, different people have different shades
anyway it's definitely not tea :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes that is a lot of tea and tea can most certainly stain your teeth!. Try crest premium white strips, and replace the tea with water or something that won't stain your teeth!. Coffee, tea, and tobacco are your worst enemies if you want white teeth!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It may very well be!. You may want to check with your dentist to know for sure!. You may also want to try cutting back on the tea for a while, and keep up with the whitening and see if it makes any difference (or stops getting worse)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It might stain your teeth and if you have sugar then that isn't good but otherwise the extra calcium in the milk is good for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

All that sugary crap, is rrly bad for your teeth!.
Cut down my eight cups, brush after eating, get a plaque scraper and that might improve it slightly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alot of that has to do with genetics!. But in general, coffee & tea can leave stains on your teeth after a few years!. I'd go to a dentist and have him evaluate you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you can get teeth cancer from that, I think you sould try quittingWww@Answer-Health@Com
