Question: Is it possible to rinse your mouth out too often!?
I know it is possible to brush your teeth too often, but is it possible to rinse your mouth out with mouthwash or warm salt water too often!? Why or why not!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
yes and it can lead to chemical burn if teh mouth wash contains alcohol, also you swallow a certain amount of it too, so if you rinse too much you can end up swallowing a lot more than what would have been expected if you used according to the instruction so yo can get sick from it over time!. With salt water you may dehydrate yourself, and end up with cramps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it's about a tooth problem, you might as well just get the thing pulled if its in the back of your mouth!. I had a tooth pulled a few months ago and it was great, well worth the 180 bucks!. My Dad just had one pulled a few weeks ago too!. There's nothing to it!. If you're worried about bad breath just copy what celebrities do for bad breath because they of all people can't have bad breath!. Go after the tongue, not just the teeth!. Brush it!. Mouthwash isn't so great because you can end up smelling like an alcoholic!. You can always use mints too!. There are a few ways!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say that warm salt water is okay, because it's just salt!.

but mouthwash contains all sorts of stuff that can discolour your teeth, the alcohol can dry your mouth (that's why you shouldn't use mouthwash with alcohol, plus it increases your chance of oral cancer) and it just makes sense!. it's pointless to do it more than once a day!.
