Tooth removal question?!

Question: Tooth removal question!?
OK, so i've been to the dentist, because my teeth were killing me, and i have 2 like really black teeth, so the dentist says that there so eroded or whatever that they have to be removed!. Dentists given me amoxicillin and soon im going to get my 2 teeth removed (molars)
Im not so sure how there going to be removed though, and its a long way away!.
Can anyone tell me what they do and if it's painful please!? I don't enjoy pain ^^

(Reason for the blackness wasn't because i don't brush, it's because of my "diet" dam that coke >!.<)Www@Answer-Health@Com

From the perspective of Ingrown/Impacted Wisdom Teeth (which is the worse-case scenario as far as tooth removal)!.

They sedated me to sleep (although they can do "twilight" level sleep, which is MUCH SAFER)!.
They will remove the teeth, and then sew the gum tissue closed!.
You may swell at the cheek area, which may make your mouth unable to open much (mine was just enough to slip in a straw)!. I would also purchase a Waterpik device!. I enclosed a link below!. This will shoot water in areas of your mouth that a toothbrush is unable to reach due to pain, needing to avoid stitches, or swelling!. I would put some antiseptic in the water and run it warm!. Some machines like this do NOT like to take chemicals running thru them, so do double-check on the packaging to make sure that your machine will allow this (the WaterPik brand seems ok with it, I believe!.!.!.)!.
Then drink lots of liquids - liquid vitamin supplement drinks like Ensure to keep you hydrated and not hungry!. Get plenty of sleep!. The pain meds should be good and keep you from too much discomfort!.
Just make sure that you don't develop "dry sockets" which is when food particles get inside of stitched areas!. That allows for bacteria to grow, and for you to get an infection!. Not not good!.

I survived the removal of 4 impacted wisdom teeth some 30 yrs ago!. I'm sure that you'll do much better than I!. Best to ya!

They inject numbing medicine into your gums so you don't feel anything, then they pull out the tooth!. It hurts a little bit after the numbing wears off, but since it's not MAJOR dental surgery (like having your wisdom teeth removed, which is awful) it won't be too bad!. And your mouth heals really fast anyway!.

Just do it!.!. and then start taking care of your teeth so you don't need to have any more rotten ones removed!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well they will try to grab the tooth and remove it, if this is not possible they will divide to tooth into individual roots by using the drill ten they usually dig a grove along them so thatthey can create a leverage point to wiggle the tooth out!. thats the best I can describe in laymans term!. you should be numb so the procedure should feel no diferent than a regular extraction!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

out of experience it really sucks!. But if you don't get them pulled it could get infected and cause a blood infection and you could die!. They will do there best to make you as comfortable as possible!. When I had mine done I passed out and they woke me up just to continue!. I cried and said next time just leave me passed the **** out please!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The dentist will get you numb!. After the numbness takes affect you should only feel pressure as the teeth are removed!. It should not feel sharp or painful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
