Answers:
No foolproof studies have been done to prove this but some minor studies have been done that prove taht black choclate is better than candies!.other study proved taht their is no difference between both of them!.
so best option is to have your kid take any in limited amounts and have them brush their teeth after that or atleast 2 times in a dayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Both are not good for your teeth!.sweets make your saliva acidic pH that can cause more damage to your teeth ,normal saliva is more neutral pH ,so it is more favorable for the teeth!.Sugar free gum that contains Xylitol helps prevent cavities!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

neither!.
they cause your teeth to rote!.

its not healthy for your teeth,
it also causes yellowness!.

if you like sweetness
then try gumWww@Answer-Health@Com
