Is it best to get my wisdom teeth pulled out?!

Question: Is it best to get my wisdom teeth pulled out!?
My dentist told me that my wisdom teeth are coming through and there might not be enough room for them!? What does that mean!? But if there is enough room what are the pros and cons of removing them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Most people do not have jaws long enough for the wisdoms to come thru the gum and line up properly!. The most common problems associated with wisdoms are:
1!. Infected gums - if the wisdom only makes it halfway thru the gum, then you cannot clean underneath properly, and you may get recurrent gum infections!. The infection may be settled temporarily with antibacterial mouthwashes and/or antibiotics, but it will happen time and time again!.
2!. Decay - if you can't brush all the surfaces of the wisdoms, then you may get decay in them!. Alternatively, it may be very hard to keep clean the surface where the wisdom touches the tooth in front, so you may get deep decay in the tooth in front!. Very hard to fix!.
Even if you are one of the very few people who actually fit them in, it still isn't usually as good as it needs to be!. The upper wisdoms in particular often slope backwards, and you will have difficulty cleaning between this tooth and the one in front!. This usually ends up with decay in the wisdom, and then they get extracted anyway!.
I have 13,000 patients in my database!. I guess that only 5 have actually fitted in their wisdom teeth well enough to keep them!.
If they don't look like they're going to fit properly, then get them out sooner rather than later!. It will be easier to extract them whilst you're young, and it will be easier if they haven't started to decay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
