Are pushed back teeth highly abnormal?!

Question: Are pushed back teeth highly abnormal!?
This is embarrassing, but one of my teeth (to the left of my front two) got pushed back over time as a result of crowding!. I could fit my tongue into the space between this tooth and my front teeth!. My canine tooth was pushed forward and out to the side, and from a short distance it appeared as though I had a gap there!. I got the pushed back tooth pulled five years ago, when I was 23!.

At the time I didn't think that it was so abnormal, but now I have memories of people telling me to get it fixed, or in some cases mocking me!. During this time, age 19-23, I had three short lived relationships and I now question whether or not this out of place tooth made it uncomfortable to kiss me!. Only one girl mentioned my teeth, after 3 months of dating!. I knew that I could not afford braces!.

I have been having nightmares about this issue and I wonder if my crowded teeth contributed to my loneliness and depression!. Although my teeth are fine now, I have developed a phobia about kissing!.

Are pushed back teeth highly abnormal!? Any advice is appreciated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
This is probably unrelated to your question (though I did answer your other one) but I have dreams about my teeth when I am really anxious or stressed!. I dream that they become loose and then start to fall out, and sometimes I start chewing them!. It sounds ridiculous but it is very scary when I am dreaming!. It's a pretty popular category of dream analysis- you should look into it, and perhaps see past your anxiety about your teeth!. Could it be that you are anxious about being alone, or about your future!?
What do your teeth look like now!? It sounds like you've fixed them!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
