You're already noticing the difference!. Your teeth hurt right after purging, which is a sign that the acid is already doing the damage!.

I'm the one who answered your other question and suggested the rinse of baking soda and water after purging, and suggested that you don't brush immediately after purging!. It's very true!. By brushing right after purging, your mouth will feel clean, but you're actually just scrubbing the acid deeper into your teeth, which is the last thing you want to do!. The baking soda rinse will bring down the pH of the hydrochloric acid that's in your mouth and on your teeth, and help protect them!.

However, it doesn't work forever!. Eventually, no matter what you do, the acid does start to do damage, and it sounds like your damage has already started!. Your teeth are sensitive due to the wear on the enamel from throwing up!. The only way to stop and/or reverse (if you do it soon enough) the sensitivity is to stop purging!. I know that's a lot easier said than done, and that's why I've told you about the baking soda!. It won't completely stop the process, but it will definitely help slow it down, buying you at least a little more time to explore your options as far as recovery goes!.

I'm not trying to force you into recovery, because as I said in the answer to your other question, I know first-hand that it's not that easy!. You can't just "stop!." I do hope though that someday you take the steps to get better!. Also, like I said before, if you ever need to vent or talk to someone who understands and won't judge you, feel free to message me!. :)

Good luck! :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your stomach acid is what destroys tooth enamel!. Brushing your teeth and using mouth wash will help limit the damage but won't stop it!. I think the answer is, it depends!.

What you need to do is go see a doctor immediately!. I don't understand the whole eating disorder thing!. Why don't you just stop doing it!. Nobody finds a skeletor attractive nor a puck smelling sick girl!. You need to talk to someone who can help you resolve the psychological disorder that is causing you to do this to yourself!. It is a slow forum of suicide!. Nobody deserves to put themselves through the type of activities that you are doing to yourself!.

You need to realize that you will never be happy with the way you look!. It isn't a matter of, "if I could just get down to this weight" it is a psychological disorder that will kill you!. You are going to destroy your body, end up looking awful, never be happy and hurting your family!. Your teeth are the least of your worries!. If you don't stop now you could permanently ruin your body to the point that you can never have children or live a normal healthy life!. You do not deserve to treat yourself this way, it needs to stop now!.

You have lost track of reality!. Someone who wants a nice health looking body eats properly and exercises appropriately!. Please ASAP talk to someone who has your best interest in mind, like your parents even if you don't always get along, and have them take you to see a doctor!. Obviously if you need to hide your activities you know it is wrong and that your family won't stand for it because they want whats best for you and don't want you destroying yourself like you are!. Please get help!. Call your general practitioner doc Monday morning!. Waiting any longer than that will make it harder to get yourself in check!.

I hope the best for you, don't be afraid of what your family might say!. They really do want what is best for you!. Remember that everyone has problems with their family members!. Your situation however, is something that you cannot keep to yourself!. Just because you are embarrassed or scared of what your family may say is not a good excuse to not ask for help!. Save your self, and your life!. Please get help now!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
