First of all, you can still use a toothbrush as usual!. However, there are special products made just for braces such as the super floss, special braces toothbrush, etc!.
Just look around stores or ask your dentist what kind of toothbrush you need to use for your braces!. He/She might even tell you where to get them!.
It is better to use specially made toothbrushes and floss' so that you can clean your teeth better when you're wearing braces!.

you are supposed to use an electric toothbrush but hardly anyone does
floss, u thread it through your teeth with a special threader
then you use a bracket brush looks kind of like a Christmas tree on a stick
