A grey area!.
Yes, they will probably pay for it if your demand is only for the cost of repair!. Don't ask for silly things like pain and suffering!.
However, they may not pay for it on the basis that the tooth was probably already filled (!?), and this could've happened at any time when eating nearly anything else!. Teeth weakened by fillings do break spontaneously with the simplest of pressures!. So they may refuse payment entirely, or only offer to pay part of it, saying there was "contributory negligence from a pre-existing condition"!.
It's good that you were checked out only last week!. Costco may ask for a statement from the dentist or copies of records including Xrays!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you will win!. one of my reg customers was a lawyer and she said if you hever have any issue with a grocery store or wholesale sue them!. They have so much money and are so big they will just pay you off so you dont ruin their company!. I know its terrible!.!. but its true!. Ive seen it happen millions of times!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Uh, what ever happened to personal responsibility!? Sh*t happens!. Look, pits are natural to the olive and besides, like another post said, "you have to prove that your tooth was sound and healthy"!.!.!.it not if would have fractured eventually!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg that is so lame if u R allowed 2 sue them
just move on w/ life
no need 2 sue over a simple mistake like that
just b more careful next time
ur the 1 that bought it
ur responsible
