Question: Why don't all the orthodontist's do braces like this!?

Most orthodontists don't offer the option of inside braces because it takes longer for the braces to fix the teeth, not to mention that it probably causes a small speech impediment and can easily hurt your tongue!.
If you are extremely self concious about how you will look with braces, it might be a good idea to get them!. However, its probably a good idea in the long run to avoid them!.
