yes definitely, it won't matter!. If the tooth being filled was done correctly, eating ice cream will not affect the tooth being filled in anyways!.
Except if you are really susceptible to hot and cold sensitivity!.you'll feel pain sensitivity on other teeth but not the one being filled!.
