I should probably just look this up at my dentist office,
but for teeth whitening, what would you recommend!?

Going to the dentist to have it done, whitening strips, or do it yourself bleach!? [or anything else]

I will always say this: hydrogen peroxide!. It's that cut cleaner that comes in the brown bottle!. No, it's not dangerous to put in your mouth!. I recommend using peroxide because it's cheaper than the other teeth bleachers, and it doesn't cause mouth sensitivity like the other products!. And it does work, people notice my teeth are whiter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
