probably not with the over the counter stuff, because it can actually make calcium spots whiter!. If you get whitening done by your dentist that can make the spots go away, and I had a lot of luck with the whitening kit I got from my dentist but you have to use them ever day for 2 weeks or they do not work and you will have the same problem as you would with over the counter whitening!.
