Question: I ALWAYS have bad breath, how can i fix this!?!!?!!?
I always have bad breath and it is reallyyy bad!. I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day and i dont eat stuff that gives me bad breath!. Even after i brush my teeth super well and do listerine mouth rinse and chew some gum, you can still even smell it!. Worst of all is that i cant even tell if my breath is really bad atm so it is embarrasing when i talk to somebody!. How can i fix this!?!? Any ways besides going to the dentist!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to get this thing called a tongue scraper that's what it is your tongue is carry bacteria that causes bad breath ! they are cheap , don't worrier it don't hurt at all and easy to use and wait to see all the stuff that comes up ! gross but true ! you can buy them anywhere they are in the aile where floss and dental care is sold Www@Answer-Health@Com


Gargle a cup of lukewarm water mixed with salt or half a lemon juice!.This is best done before going to bed!. Chew parsley leaves,which are sure to keep your breath fresh!. you also have to brush your tongue if it is dirty because listerine will only cover the smell for a while, ewwww!. If this dosn't work just keep the listerine spray in your pocket and spray yor mouth with it every few hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
