Question: How is it possible that this person i know has very white teeth but very nasty breath!?

White teeth doesn't necessarily mean that he/she is more hygienic that most!. White teeth even corresponds to someone who doesn't have good teeth, the whiter the teeth are the more inefficient they are!. It means they lack calcium!.
So, maybe he/she just lacked calcium that made the teeth white but he/she doesn't really brush his/her teeth well!.
Not to mention that when you have ulcer, the gases in your stomach does give out a bad breath regardless how you clean your mouth!.
You should advise her to seek medical help!.

They probably don't floss!.
I know a girl who has white teeth but her breath smells awful!. She went to the dentist for a cleaning and the bad breath was gone!. Hopefully she will keep it up by flossing daily because it was unbearable for a while!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

They obviously take care of their teeth by bleeching or using a good toothpaste or what not, but the bad breath is coming from the gums and the tongue!. They need some mouth wash or something!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Simple!. Breath is formed off the bacteria on your tongue not your teeth!. They may take very good care of their smile, but not pay any attention to their tongue!.
