Question: Why is there a canine tooth growing from my upper gum!?
i am 14 and i had it for about 5 years now is it too late to get it fixed!? or do you know how will they go about fixing it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It's actually very normal!. If it doesn't hurt, then you can just let it stay, or have it pulled!. I knew two people with that problem!. One had it pulled because it made them feel unattractive, and the other just let it stay!. It won't kill you! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

1 you have obviously looked this up before because you recognize it as a canine tooth not just a tooth
2 you are 14 so you have probably been to the dentist and maybe the orthodontist and its been there for 5 years so they have probably seen it by now
3 why would you ask this on yahoo answers!? most people would ask idk say a dentist that question instead of randomly asking millions of people and trusting what they sayWww@Answer-Health@Com

First go to an orthodontist and get his/her opinion!. If they are supernumerary teeth (extra teeth) he/she may recommend you have them extracted!. It is not too late to do something about this!. First you need to get the doctors opinion!.!.!.and they will direct you from there!. If they are the only canine teeth you have!.!.!.then they can be pulled down into place!. I hope my answer helped you some!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

orthodontists deal with this all the time!. braces will eventually correct it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
