Question: (BEST ANSWER) How painful is it to have a tooth removed!?
Please help! I was around 13-14 and I wanted braces, but they said I would have to have two teeth pulled out and I freaked out and decided not to have it done and now, I'm now 16 and having regrets about it!. I've only had one filling and that wasn't bad, infact, I actually quite enjoyed having it done, lol!
How painful is it to have a tooth extracted and how is the pain afterwards!?
Please help!. I'm back on the waiting list for braces now (final chance, I guess) and I am determined to go through with it!.

I had to get four teeth extracted when I got braces!. I had then pulled all at once because I didn't want to go through it a second time!. They numbed my whole mouth and literally yanked!. It hurt for literally 5 seconds and the pain was gone!. I felt nothing afterward!. The Novocaine took four hours to wear off!. After if wore off I felt no pain at all!. The only thing was when my mouth was numb my extraction site were bleeding and I didn't feel it!. Braces are a pain, but you will be so happy with the final product!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Don't worry about it!. I had 4 teeth removed when I got my braces!. It hurt but it is totally worth it in the long run!. When you first start off they'll pull one at a time giving you time to get used to it!. It will probably take a few weeks to actually get your braces on though!. When you get your braces on, the first week its going to hurt like hell cuz you won't be able to eat!. But trust me, after a year with my braces and i got them off it was so worth it :DWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had two molars removed on the right side!.
The upper one came out with no problem and no pain!.
The dentist worried at the lower one for a whole HOUR with his pliers before he took out a saw and cut it in half!. The process was EXCRUCIATING!. He showed me the tooth!. The roots had curved inward, so it could not be pulled out intact!. OUCH, I tell you!.
