Go to the dentist for a cleaning and then afterward just use floss to keep up the plaque free bottom teeth :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Plaque often accumulates on the inside of the bottom front teeth because of a duct under the tongue!.

Take the head of your toothbrush and brush upwards - if you hold the toothbrush sideways, it often misses the inside of most front teeth!.

If your teeth still feel "plaquey", it may be calculus or tartar and a dentist or dental hygienist will have to remove it with dental instruments!. Calculus or tartar is calcified plaque and cannot be removed with simple brushing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol, its not "plark"
its "plaque"

sorry i really dont know how to help Www@Answer-Health@Com
